By accessing and using the Master Touch application and services ("Service") provided by Master Touch ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Master Touch provides a business management platform for service companies, including but not limited to client management, work order tracking, invoicing, scheduling, employee management, and integrations with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online. The Service is accessible via web browser and mobile devices.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We will not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, phone systems, and payment processors. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services. By connecting third-party accounts, you authorize us to access and sync data between the Service and those third-party platforms as necessary to provide the requested functionality.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data), is the property of Master Touch and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master Touch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
